The Jaunt: We make a lot of food with modified recipes for grain free and multiple food allergies (dairy, shellfish, tree nuts). I'm just sharing and cataloging recipes here that get made at The Jaunt. For every recipe here that requires dairy, we use Purity Farms certified allergen-free ghee and I have not had an allergic reaction. Feel free to substitute ordinary butter or coconut oil or palm oil or whatever else you think might work.
